Torno dopo 3 anni in questo santuario dell’arte e dell’alta cucina.
Ricordo un pranzo eccellente nell’Agosto 2009. Piatti che sono diventati pietre miliari della cucina odierna, due su tutti: il foie gras vegetale (avocado) e le caserecce al peperone. Una mano ed uno stile inimitabili sulle verdure.
